Minute 1:18Science-based wise – you need carbs, fats, protein and fibre (a balanced diet!). Does a keto diet sound fashionable to you? The diet tells you what to take away but it doesn’t necessarily tell you what to replace back in the diet.

Keto diet = lots of fats! Very exciting. But what about the fibre replacement?
